  Disappointed. Ordered the chocolate lava meltdown (expecting it to be better than the triple chocolate meltdown from Applebee's). Saw the employee take the plastic container with chocolate cake from the fridge use microwave to heat it up (in the plastic non microwave container) and put some ice cream over it. Terrible! For $7.59. What a rip off. Looks good in the photo terrible taste and high price

  I am a very hard customer due to my experience with high end food service when I worked at Disney. And it's crazy how crazy I can get just simply getting a cup of icecream.
  
  The girl Abigail that served me gave excellent service and was very helpful and although I was overwhelming she handled her cool and did everything right.
  
  She asked her manager for help and was very kind to me. Thank you to people like you that do their job to the best they can.
  
  I'm sorry if I was overwhelming. You guys have a great team at cold stone! And Abigail made an awesome icecream for me!
  
  Give Abigail a raise!
